Eligibility

• Returns are accepted only for defective or damaged items.
• You must inform us within 3 days of delivery by emailing info@orauniforms.in with photos and order details.
• We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return.
• Once the return product is received it will be inspected and the return will be approved within 3-5 days

Non-Returnable Items

• Customized uniforms or embroidered/logo-printed products.
• Used or washed items.

Refund Process

• Once approved, refund will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.
